Ramin T. Montakab is a highly regarded plaintiff’s attorney, providing comprehensive guidance to clients from inception through trial. With a background as a litigation consultant since 2008, Ramin brings invaluable expertise in complex cases, collaborating with lawyers and law firms in need of statistical and economic insights.

Attorney Amir Azimzadeh
Amir Azimzadeh, founding partner of AC SoCal Law, is an attorney and trial lawyer with over 10 years of experience in high-stakes employment and personal injury cases. He joins RTM Law as of-counsel for the litigation team. Amir excels in taking on corporations and their insurance companies to secure maximum recovery for clients. He established AC SoCal Law to provide accessible, exceptional legal representation and is dedicated to relentless advocacy for clients.
Before AC SoCal Law, Amir represented Southern California school districts in cases of catastrophic injuries, sexual assault, premises liability, negligent supervision, and personnel matters. He also handled employment disputes for some of the nation’s largest employers, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, and FMLA violations in state and federal courts, and arbitration.
Amir lives with his wife in Solana Beach, San Diego. A Torrey Pines High School graduate and avid golfer, he received California Western’s Pro Bono Honors Society Award for his work with the Education Law Advocacy Project and the California Western Community Law Project, continuing his dedication to the San Diego community.
Attorney Christopher Kim
Christopher Kim, the founder of Kim Law, is an experienced attorney serving in an “of counsel” capacity at RTM Law.
During his time in law school, he gained invaluable experience working at both the Orange County and Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Offices, where he was involved in handling a variety of misdemeanor and felony cases. He also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Gail A. Andler (Ret.) in the Orange County Superior Court.
After law school, he worked at multiple law firms, developing expertise in civil rights, personal injury, employment, and business law, including defending high-profile civil rights cases for the County of Los Angeles.
In 2021, he established Kim Law with a commitment to advocating for those harmed by intentional or negligent acts. Christopher’s approach is client-centered, ensuring he is a trusted partner and advisor from the start to the finish of each case.
Attorney Edwin Hong
Atty Edwin Hong’s journey in the legal field started in the halls of the Superior Court, where as a Court Attendant and Clerk, he witnessed firsthand the struggles of many in navigating the complex justice system. This experience ignited his commitment to the law, setting him on a path to advocate for those who felt lost in the legal maze.
Edwin excelled at Arizona State University, earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice with summa cum laude honors. His academic prowess continued as a part-time evening student at Western State College of Law.
Balancing his role as a certified law clerk by day with his studies by night, Edwin maintained his position as the top student in his class. His leadership skills shone through as the Editor-in-Chief of the Western State Law Review and as a member of the Deans’ Circle and Distinguished Honor Roll. His commitment to public service was recognized with a Certificate of Distinguished Public Service. His law school journey culminated in graduating as valedictorian, summa cum laude.
But Edwin’s life isn’t all about law. Outside the office, he’s a devoted family man, cherishing moments with his wife and daughter. He’s also a food enthusiast, especially for California burritos, and an avid follower of Justice League comics.

With a decade of experience in the personal injury legal field, Gloria Vargas has carved out a distinguished career as a case manager and operations manager. Before immersing herself in the legal world, Gloria built a solid foundation in the nonprofit sector.
