About RTM Law
Ramin started in the legal industry in 2008 as a litigation consultant, advising lawyers and law firms on complex cases requiring the expertise of statisticians and economists. After years of defending the largest corporations in the country at national law firms, Ramin decided he wanted to represent the “the people” or the under dogs – and started his own firm. Ramin has successfully represented hundreds of clients since starting RTM Law, and helping people is a guiding principle of his practice and the firm.
The RTM in the name stands for “Really Tough Matters” – we love representing underdogs in personal injury cases. As a former counsel for insurance companies, we know all the tricks they’ll try to pull.
RTM Law is experienced and well-versed in representing employees who have been cast aside, treated like damaged goods, or otherwise wronged in the workplace—for unlawful reasons. Ramin and the RTM Law team stand up for the rights of women subjected to gender discrimination and pregnancy discrimination, mothers who have been wrongfully terminated for taking protected maternity leave or family leave, and individuals who have been forced to endure sexual harassment or a hostile work environment.
Neurodiversity advocacy has become personal to us since our son Niko was diagnosed with Autism in 2022. Through this experience we have learned that Autism awareness and advocacy play a crucial role in fostering understanding, acceptance, and support for individuals on the autism spectrum.
Our attorneys provide counsel through business law issues – with a specialty of getting to the root of the problem rather than focusing on legal posturing. To us, seeing the forest through the trees means avoiding the typical unnecessary fees that litigators and trial attorneys add when handling complex business litigation – which often prevents the timely resolution of matters.
