Barstow Woman Faces DUI Charges After Rollover Crash Injures Passengers
VICTORVILLE, CA (April 21, 2024) — A 33-year-old woman from Barstow was arrested for DUI following a rollover accident that injured three passengers. The crash occurred on Stoddard Wells Road near Quarry Road in Victorville at approximately 5:15 pm on Friday, April 19, 2024.
The driver, identified as Laglasha Ann Lancaster, was operating a white pickup truck which overturned during the incident. “Lancaster was found to be under the influence of alcohol,” reported Mara Rodriguez, a spokesperson for the sheriff’s office.
Following the Victorville DUI crash, Lancaster was taken into custody and is now being held at the West Valley Detention Center. She faces multiple felony charges related to driving under the influence and the resulting injuries to her passengers. Lancaster’s bail has been set at $250,000, with a court appearance scheduled for April 23rd at 12:30 pm in Victorville.
