Attorney Edwin Hong
Atty Edwin Hong’s journey in the legal field started in the halls of the Superior Court, where as a Court Attendant and Clerk, he witnessed firsthand the struggles of many in navigating the complex justice system. This experience ignited his commitment to the law, setting him on a path to advocate for those who felt lost in the legal maze.
Edwin excelled at Arizona State University, earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice with summa cum laude honors. His academic prowess continued as a part-time evening student at Western State College of Law.
Balancing his role as a certified law clerk by day with his studies by night, Edwin maintained his position as the top student in his class. His leadership skills shone through as the Editor-in-Chief of the Western State Law Review and as a member of the Deans’ Circle and Distinguished Honor Roll. His commitment to public service was recognized with a Certificate of Distinguished Public Service. His law school journey culminated in graduating as valedictorian, summa cum laude.
But Edwin’s life isn’t all about law. Outside the office, he’s a devoted family man, cherishing moments with his wife and daughter. He’s also a food enthusiast, especially for California burritos, and an avid follower of Justice League comics.
Attorney Christopher Kim
Christopher Kim, the founder of Kim Law, is an experienced attorney serving in an “of counsel” capacity at RTM Law.
During his time in law school, he gained invaluable experience working at both the Orange County and Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Offices, where he was involved in handling a variety of misdemeanor and felony cases. He also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Gail A. Andler (Ret.) in the Orange County Superior Court.
After law school, he worked at multiple law firms, developing expertise in civil rights, personal injury, employment, and business law, including defending high-profile civil rights cases for the County of Los Angeles.
In 2021, he established Kim Law with a commitment to advocating for those harmed by intentional or negligent acts. Christopher’s approach is client-centered, ensuring he is a trusted partner and advisor from the start to the finish of each case.
Paralegal: Natalie Penn
Meet our outstanding Paralegal, Natalie Penn. Natalie guides our cases through the litigation process, using her knowledge of the rules and laws governing civil claims to strategically handle questions and arguments from the opposing side.
Natalie has long enjoyed blending the pursuit of science and law. She graduated magna cum laude from UCLA with a degree in Microbiology, Immunology, and Molecular Genetics and a minor in Biomedical Research. Natalie has also won multiple awards for oral advocacy and presentation, including six awards for her legal analysis and oratory as a captain of UCLA’s top Mock Trial team, and a Dean’s Prize for the quality and presentation of her scientific research in cancer immunotherapy.
Natalie has been published twice in top scientific journals and has extensive experience as a public speaking coach for elementary through high school students.

EmmaSara Ramirez
EmmaSara is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach, holding a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice. She later pursued a paralegal course to further enhance her legal expertise.
With a professional background encompassing roles as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal and a Social Worker, EmmaSara transitioned into the role of a Case Manager. Motivated by a genuine passion for assisting individuals within the legal realm, she has found fulfillment in directly impacting and improving the lives of those she serves.
Beyond her professional endeavors, EmmaSara finds joy in photography, videography, and values quality time with her family.
