Fatal Hit-and-Run Claims Life at Foothill Boulevard Crosswalk
PACOIMA, CA (May 9, 2024) — A 45-year-old man was fatally struck by a hit-and-run driver in Pacoima on Wednesday night, Los Angeles Police reported. The incident occurred as the victim was crossing Terra Bella Street at Foothill Boulevard in a marked crosswalk at 9:03 p.m.
Authorities are on the lookout for a green pick-up truck, last seen heading north on Terra Bella, which did not stop after hitting the man. The victim, whose name has not yet been released, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police are urging anyone with information to come forward as they continue to investigate the tragic Pacoima hit-and-run.
