FIREBAUGH, CA — Two men were killed in a head-on crash in Firebaugh that caused a fire on Highway 33, near Douglas Ave, early Sunday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol (CHP), a northbound pickup truck drifted into the opposite lane and collided head-on with another vehicle carrying farm equipment southbound. Both trucks caught fire, and the drivers, the only occupants, died at the scene.
The victims were Emmanuel Espinoza, 34, from Los Banos, and Garrett Moore, 21, from Dos Palos.
