
SACRAMENTO, CA — Emergency crews from the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District responded Thursday evening to a serious multi-vehicle crash in Citrus Heights that involved six people.
The incident took place around 6:30 p.m. in the 7500 block of Antelope Road, where multiple fire units and medical personnel arrived after reports of a significant collision.
According to Metro Fire, six individuals were involved in the crash. One person was transported to a local hospital, while the remaining five were evaluated at the scene and declined further medical treatment.
By 8:00 p.m., officers from the California Highway Patrol (CHP) were still on-site. The cause of the multi-vehicle crash in Sacramento remains under investigation.
