A car slammed into the front of a toy store in the North Park neighborhood of San Diego on Monday morning following a collision with a motorcycle.
The incident occurred around 9 a.m. at the intersection of 30th Street and University Avenue. According to officials, the driver of a white Toyota ran a red light and was struck by an oncoming motorcycle. The impact caused the Toyota to veer off course and crash into the front of Replay Toys, a local storefront.
No injuries or fatalities were reported. However, the business sustained significant property damage, including structural impacts and flooding caused by the crash.
Emergency crews responded promptly and are assessing the full extent of the damage. Authorities have not disclosed whether any citations were issued. The investigation remains ongoing.
