YouTuber and known prankster Bryan Arnett is currently facing a lawsuit filed by burger joint In-N-Out for posing as an employee at multiple branches and being highly inappropriate towards unsuspecting customers while wearing the In-N-Out uniform.
In the YouTube video posted to all his 33k subscribers, Arnett is seen across several different locations on Easter Sunday interacting with customers and making lewd and bizarre comments that could potentially damage the restaurant chain’s reputation.
This isn’t Arnett’s first time making prank videos at the expense of In-N-Out and multiple unsuspecting patrons. In that particular video Arnett would make derogatory and bizarre comments towards customers, saying that In-N-Out had cockroaches and condoms in the food they serve, and more slanderous comments about the quality of the food In-N-Out has.
Arnett also made inappropriately sexual comments to customers, asking them if they wanted their food made “doggy style” and making racially targeted and homophobic comments. At one point in the video he also asks a customer if they want to sleep with his wife and allow him to watch.
The video was posted without the consent of the customers involved and after multiple warnings from the company to remove them. The video has since then been set to private.
In-N-Out is currently seeking to ban Arnett and blacklist him from any of its restaurants for life, calling his videos defamatory and insensitive on all accounts.
