Two individuals sustained life-threatening injuries early Thursday morning following a collision between a forklift and a car in downtown Los Angeles.
The incident occurred around 2:30 a.m. at the intersection of East Olympic Boulevard and Naomi Avenue. Authorities believe a vehicle ran a red light and collided head-on with a forklift. Both drivers were transported to a local hospital in critical condition.
The identities of the victims have not been released. The Los Angeles Police Department is investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
