24-year-old Aaron Flenoy was recently arrested for suspicions of carjacking, initiating a police chase, and for violently crashing into another vehicle near Centinela and La Brea avenues in Inglewood Tuesday morning.
The suspect, identified as Aaron Flenoy, allegedly fled from officers after being connected to an earlier carjacking incident. The pursuit ended near Centinela and La Brea avenues when Flenoy ran a red light and collided with another vehicle.
Upon investigating the crash, police discovered three additional occupants inside Flenoy’s vehicle: 20-year-old Timberline Davenport and two children, ages 5 and 9. Both Flenoy and Davenport were arrested at the scene on multiple outstanding warrants, including charges of felony child endangerment.
Authorities said none of the individuals involved sustained life-threatening injuries. All six people affected by the crash were evaluated for injuries, police confirmed.
Flenoy is expected to face additional charges related to the police pursuit and crash. The case remains under investigation.
