Three people were killed and one hospitalized following a two-vehicle collision on Air Expressway near Ranch Road in Victorville Saturday night.
The crash occurred around 8:47 p.m. and involved a silver Honda Accord and a gold Mercedes-Benz CLK320. Authorities identified two of the victims as 18-year-old Destiny Simon and Richard Valdivia Rivera. Both were pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the Mercedes, identified as Kendall, sustained major injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital. He is expected to survive.
Investigators have not yet determined the cause of the crash, and the incident remains under investigation. A GoFundMe campaign has since then been arranged by Destiny’s family to support them through this difficult time.
