
One person was hospitalized with critical injuries early Friday after a vehicle crashed into a tree and caught fire in the Beverly Grove neighborhood of Los Angeles.
The crash happened around 2:30 a.m. near the intersection of Beverly Boulevard and North Crescent Heights Boulevard. Responding officers arrived to find the vehicle fully engulfed in flames.
Firefighters worked quickly to extinguish the fire and rescue the occupants from the burning car, officials said.
One individual was transported to a nearby hospital in critical condition. Three other occupants sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were reported to be in stable condition.
