ANAHEIM, CA (November 3, 2024) – A dangerous street takeover nearly claimed the lives of two young men early Friday morning in Anaheim as the driver of a black Dodge Charger performed donuts at the intersection of State College Boulevard and Orangewood Avenue, according to the Anaheim Police Department.
