Two Killed, Two Injured in 105 Freeway Crash Near LAX
LOS ANGELES, CA (June 23, 2024) — Early Saturday morning, a crash on the 105 Freeway near Los Angeles International Airport resulted in two fatalities and two injuries.
The LAX freeway crash occurred around 3 a.m. in the westbound lanes near Nash Street, according to the California Highway Patrol. Officers arriving at the scene found that one of the vehicles had flown off the off-ramp, crashing into another car in an employee parking lot below.
The victims who died at the scene have been identified by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner as 18-year-old Carlos Sicairos and 19-year-old Bryan Bolanos. The two other individuals involved were transported to nearby hospitals, with their conditions currently unknown.
