9 Injured in 4-Vehicle Rollover Crash in Mission Hills [Los Angeles, CA]

MISSION HILLS, CA (May 24, 2024) — A rollover crash involving four vehicles in Mission Hills on Thursday afternoon resulted in at least nine injuries, according to firefighters.
The collision occurred just before 3 p.m. at the intersection of Laurel Canyon Boulevard and Hubbard Street. One vehicle was partially demolished and flipped over on its roof.
Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics treated eight patients at the scene, with six transported to local hospitals and two declining transport. Two adults were in serious condition, while four children, ages 6-12, sustained minor injuries. Fire officials noted that some children were improperly restrained, with two sharing one seat belt and at least one not in a car seat.
The cause of the Mission Hills rollover crash is under investigation.
