Hesperia Pastor Arrested on Sexual Abuse Charges
HESPERIA, CA (May 2, 2024) — A church pastor and foster parent from Hesperia, 54-year-old Jose Manuel Lozano, has been arrested following allegations of sexually abusing two minor children.
