71-Year-Old Biker Killed in Lake Elsinore Motorcycle Crash

RIVERSIDE, CA (July 9, 2024) — A tragic incident in Lake Elsinore claimed the life of a 71-year-old motorcyclist on Sunday morning. The crash occurred around 9:20 a.m. near Lakeshore Drive and Avenue Six, as reported by the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office.
Upon arrival, deputies discovered a collision between a motorcycle and a car. The impact had ejected the motorcyclist, identified as Nicholas Keim by the Riverside County Coroner’s Office, from his bike. Despite efforts to save him, Keim was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the car remained at the crash site and cooperated with the ongoing investigation. Authorities have indicated that neither drugs nor alcohol were involved in the incident.
