Man Charged with Arson in Costa Mesa Trash Bin Fires
SANTA ANA, CA (April 28, 2024) — A 45-year-old man from San Pedro, identified as Shaun Michael Cloonan, has been arrested for allegedly igniting multiple trash bin fires in Costa Mesa, according to local authorities.
