Investigation Continues After Man Found Dead on Spring Valley Highway
SPRING VALLEY, CA (September 4, 2024) — California Highway Patrol officers discovered a man dead on State Route 94 in Spring Valley early Tuesday morning, following reports of a person lying in the road at 3:35 a.m.
The man found dead on Spring Valley Highway was wearing a motorcycle helmet and surrounded by motorcycle fragments. He appeared to have been involved in an accident, although his motorcycle was not located nearby.
First responders attempted life-saving measures, but the man was pronounced dead at the scene. The circumstances of his crash, believed to have occurred while traveling east on SR-94 east of Sweetwater Springs Boulevard, are still under investigation.
