Labor Day Pile-Up on I-15 in Hesperia Injures One
HESPERIA, CA (September 3, 2024) — A multi-vehicle collision on the I-15 freeway in Hesperia left one person injured this Labor Day Monday. The incident, which occurred at approximately 1:47 PM just north of Main Street on the northbound I-15, involved eight vehicles, including a white Mazda sedan that went airborne and partially landed on another vehicle.
Emergency responders were quick to the scene, where they found and treated a woman seated by the drainage ditch. She was subsequently transported by ground ambulance to a local hospital. Thankfully, no other injuries were reported despite the extensive vehicle damage.
The collision in Hesperia led to significant delays along both directions of the I-15 and on Mariposa Road as multiple tow trucks worked to clear the scene.
