BARSTOW, CA (July 24, 2024) — A vehicle accident on the southbound 15 freeway in Barstow early Wednesday morning resulted in its driver’s death.
At approximately 6:06 a.m. on July 24, 2024, a gray Mercedes was reported in a ditch north of the Rasor Road offramp. According to the California Highway Patrol, the vehicle was found overturned and resting on its roof, with the driver trapped inside.
San Bernardino County Fire personnel responded and confirmed the driver was deceased upon arrival.
