
A violent crash late Saturday evening in Santa Ana claimed four lives and left two others critically injured, as authorities continue to investigate the tragic incident.
The collision happened at approximately 11:30 p.m. at the intersection of Segerstrom Avenue and Griset Place. The vehicle, carrying six occupants — five females and one male — lost control and struck a tree, resulting in severe impact damage.
Four of the occupants were pronounced dead at the scene, while two survivors were taken to a local hospital. Among those injured is Arlene Robles, whose condition is critical following a head injury; she is the sister of 19-year-old Arely Robles, one of the deceased.
Eyewitnesses reported that the Santa Ana crash happened suddenly, leaving family members and onlookers in shock.
Local officials confirmed that there was no evidence of intoxication at the scene, with the fatal incident being described as a tragic accident. A GoFundMe campaign has been launched to support the grieving family. Authorities are continuing their investigation and urge anyone with further information to come forward.
