
A driver died with three others in critical condition following a crash involving farm equipment on Highway 120 Sexton Road San Joaquin County on Wednesday.
According to initial reports by local police, a Toyota highlander was traveling west while a farming equipment vehicle travelled east on the same road.
The crash unfolded when the Toyota swerved to the left across the lanes causing both vehicles to collide head-on.
The driver of the Toyota was pronounced dead at the scene, while its two minor passengers were rushed to the emergency room due to major injuries. The driver of the Hay Squeeze was also hospitalized.
