COMPTON, CA – One person died in a two-vehicle crash on Highway 91 early Monday morning, eastbound near the Alameda Street exit.
According to initial reports, one of the vehicles went off the road and overturned after falling down an embankment. No additional injuries or details about the victim have been reported.
The highway was temporarily closed and reopened in the early morning hours. The investigation into the Compton accident is ongoing.
