American Airlines Boeing 777 Makes Emergency Landing at LAX [Los Angeles, CA]

LOS ANGELES, CA (March 14, 2024) — An American Airlines Boeing 777 en route from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport to Los Angeles made an emergency landing at LAX on Wednesday evening, triggered by a suspected mechanical issue. 

The aircraft safely touched down on Runway 25 at approximately 8:45 p.m., following the pilot’s report of potential mechanical problems. Initial speculations suggested a blown tire, but the exact nature of the issue remains undetermined.
