Ex General Hospital Actress Haley Pullos Sentenced for DUI Crash
LOS ANGELES, CA (July 29, 2024) — Former “General Hospital” actress Haley Pullos was sentenced Monday to five years probation, 200 hours of community service, and a nine-month alcohol program following a wrong-way DUI crash on the Ventura (134) Freeway last year that left her and another driver injured.
Pullos, 26, served three months in jail after her April 29 plea to a felony DUI charge related to the April 2023 collision. She was released from custody on Monday.
Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Terry Smerling warned Pullos that she would be “charged with murder” if she causes a fatal DUI crash. She must also complete a mental health treatment program, pay $8,260 in restitution to the victim, and is barred from driving for a year.
The crash occurred around 1:30 a.m. when Pullos swerved into the eastbound lanes near Orange Grove Boulevard, colliding with another vehicle. Both drivers were injured and hospitalized.
Pullos was initially charged with two felony DUI counts and one misdemeanor hit-and-run count, but a plea agreement led to the dismissal of one DUI count and the hit-and-run charge.
Pullos, who played Molly Lansing-Davis on “General Hospital” since 2009, is currently on medical leave. The role has been temporarily recast.
