Fatal Crash at Porter Ranch: Driver Dies After Hitting Wall and Tree
PORTER RANCH, CA (April 30, 2024) — In a tragic early morning incident in Porter Ranch, a driver lost their life after their vehicle crashed into a wall and then a tree. The accident occurred at the intersection of Reseda and Sesnon boulevards around 4:15 a.m., according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Officer Terzes reported that the vehicle continued straight across Sesnon Boulevard, crashing through a low wall and into Porter Ridge Park, where it ultimately struck a tree and came to a stop. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
Los Angeles Fire Department crews were seen responding to the blaze on Muirkirk Drive, directly across from the park.
