Fatal Crash Involving Construction Vehicle on Highway 101 in Novato
NOVATO, CA (March 25, 2024) — A tragic incident occurred on Highway 101 in Novato on Sunday morning, resulting in the death of a construction vehicle driver, as confirmed by the California Highway Patrol (CHP).
The accident took place around 7:40 a.m. near the Nave Drive overcrossing, where the driver lost control, veered off the road, and collided with a tree. The impact caused the vehicle to catch fire, complicating rescue efforts.
