Five Injured in Evening Collision on Tampa Avenue [Reseda, CA]

RESEDA, CA (April 21, 2024) — Five individuals were hospitalized following a two-vehicle collision on Thursday evening in Reseda, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department. The incident occurred at the 6800 block of North Tampa Avenue around 7:28 PM.

The LAFD reported that the Tampa Avenue crash resulted in various injuries: two adult females are in moderate condition, two adult males and one teenage female are in serious condition. All were promptly taken to nearby hospitals for urgent medical care.

Upon arrival, fire department teams found multiple victims requiring immediate attention. Paramedics quickly established treatment areas to stabilize and prepare the injured for transportation. The fire department’s response included Battalion 17, Engine Companies 73, 273, and 93, as well as multiple rescue ambulances, working together to manage the scene efficiently.

After transporting the victims and securing the crash site, the LAFD cleared the area to restore safe travel conditions.
