Hesperia Pastor Arrested on Sexual Abuse Charges
HESPERIA, CA (May 2, 2024) — A church pastor and foster parent from Hesperia, 54-year-old Jose Manuel Lozano, has been arrested following allegations of sexually abusing two minor children.
The investigation, which unfolded on Thursday, April 25, 2024, suggests the possibility of more victims. Lozano is currently held at the High Desert Detention Center on a $5 million bail, facing felony charges for continuous sexual abuse of a minor.
