BAKERSFIELD, CA (April 16, 2024) — Williams Joseph Lindner Jr. has been sentenced to five years and eight months in prison after pleading no contest to DUI causing injury in a crash that left a woman critically injured.
The incident, which occurred on December 22 on Wible Road in Bakersfield, involved Lindner, who was reportedly under the influence and had intentionally struck the woman during an argument. At the time, Lindner was on probation and had a previous relationship with the victim.
