Multiple People Injured in Sacramento Shooting
SACRAMENTO, CA (May 25, 2024) — Several individuals are hospitalized following a shooting in Sacramento on Saturday afternoon, according to the Sacramento Police Department.
Around 1:07 p.m., officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 3000 block of Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard. Upon arrival, they found a juvenile boy with at least one non-life-threatening gunshot wound, who was transported to a local hospital.
Shortly thereafter, two additional men with non-life-threatening gunshot wounds were discovered at the hospital. A nearby building was also struck by gunfire.
Police are investigating whether the three victims were involved in the same Sacramento shooting incident.
