
YOLO, CA – A motorcyclist died in a two-vehicle collision early Sunday morning on State Route 16, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP) Woodland Area.
The crash happened around 2:15 a.m. on Feb. 16, westbound on State Route 16, east of Parker Place. CHP officers arriving at the scene determined that a Harley-Davidson motorcycle was traveling behind a Chevrolet SUV when the collision occurred. The motorcyclist suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities have not yet determined whether alcohol or drugs were involved in the Yolo motorcycle crash. The Yolo County Coroner’s Office will release the victim’s identity. Anyone with information is urged to contact CHP Woodland Area at (530) 702-6250.
