[4-29-25] Teen Driver Abram Perez Killed in Suspected DUI Crash on Highway 58

18-year-old Abram Perez was killed in a DUI crash at Bena Road Highway 58 onSaturday.

The two-vehicle crash reportedly happened at around 3:43 a.m pm Bena Road. Initial investigation said that a 2002 Mazda pickup truck was speeding east when it collided into the 2016 Freightliner semi-truck Perez was riding. It is said that the driver of the Mazda was coming home from a party.

The driver of the truck was then taken to the hospital with moderate injuries. Meanwhile, Perez, the passenger, was pronounced dead at the scene.

A GoFundMe page was arranged by the Perez family.
