Seven individuals, two of whom are children, were rushed to the hospital Thursday morning after a catastrophic crash on Highway 74 and Riverside street at Lake Elsinore.
The crash reportedly happened at about 7:30 a.m. The exact circumstances leading up to the crash are currently being investigated. Crews responded to the scene and extricated all victims from both of the vehicles involved.
The victims consisted of five adults and two children, who were all transported to the hospital with moderate injuries. This is a developing story.
