ORANGE COUNTY, CA – A crash in La Habra late Monday evening left one person dead and another in critical condition. The incident occurred around 8:45 p.m. on the 1200 block of N. Hacienda Road.
Officers found that a car had struck two pedestrians, and the driver remained at the scene. Paramedics pronounced one of the victims dead, though their identity has not been released. The second victim was taken to a nearby hospital with critical injuries.
While the cause of the La Habra pedestrian accident remains unclear, officers have stated that DUI is not suspected.
