
RIVERSIDE, CA – Tracy Williams of Riverside died Sunday after his silver Infiniti Q50 overturned and hit a telephone pole on northbound Interstate 215, the California Highway Patrol said.
The crash happened around 11 a.m., just north of State Route 60. CHP officials report that Williams veered to the right, lost control, and struck the pole and a wall before rolling over. No other vehicles or injuries were reported.
The Riverside County Sheriff-Coroner’s Bureau confirmed that Williams was pronounced dead at Riverside Community Hospital about 46 minutes after the crash. Investigators ask any witnesses to call the CHP Accident Investigation Unit at 951-324-7210.
