APPLE VALLEY, CA – A woman was critically injured in a T-bone collision Wednesday morning in Apple Valley, prompting an airlift to a trauma center. The crash occurred around 10:19 a.m. on January 22, 2025, at the intersection of Kamana and Siskiyou Roads.
Firefighters from the Apple Valley Fire Protection District arrived to find one occupant trapped inside a silver 2020 Honda CR-V. Using extrication tools, they removed the driver, a woman, who was then rushed by ambulance to a nearby helicopter landing pad. She was airlifted by Mercy Air to an out-of-area trauma center for further treatment.
The driver of a white 2018 Ford F-250 Super Duty was not injured. The Police Department is investigating the cause of the t-bone crash in Apple Valley.
