
WOODLAND HILLS, CA (December 3, 2024) – A chaotic scene unfolded on Monday afternoon when an elderly driver accidentally crashed into the Veterinary Cancer Group on Ventura Boulevard. The incident resulted in injuries to several people and a dog.
The driver, who reportedly mistook the gas pedal for the brake, plowed through the front glass windows of the clinic. The impact was so forceful that the vehicle ended up partially inside the building. Eyewitnesses described the sound of the crash as a loud explosion.
In the aftermath of the collision, a dog escaped from the clinic and ran across Ventura Boulevard. Concerned citizens, including a clinic employee named Donna Ahern, helped retrieve the injured animal.
