Pedestrian Struck by Vehicle in Phelan
PHELAN, CA (August 6, 2024) — A pedestrian was airlifted to a trauma center after being struck by a vehicle on Sunday night in Phelan.
The incident occurred at approximately 8:17 p.m. on August 4, 2024, near Sheep Creek Road and Cholame Road. According to the California Highway Patrol incident logs, a Chevrolet sedan hit the pedestrian.
San Bernardino County firefighters arrived at the scene and requested a medical helicopter. Mercy Air 22 subsequently airlifted the injured pedestrian to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center.
