SAN DIEGO, CA (August 23, 2024) — A search is underway for a man and woman involved in a hit-and-run crash in La Jolla early Thursday morning. The collision happened just before 12:45 a.m. in the 5600 block of Bellevue Avenue.
San Diego Police reported that a Nissan Rogue crashed into a parked Dodge Durango and overturned, landing on its roof. The occupants, described only as a man and woman, fled the scene on foot. It remains unclear whether they sustained injuries in the accident.
