Seven Injured in Violent Two-Car Crash in North Hollywood [Los Angeles, CA]
NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA (June 2, 2024) — At least seven people were injured in a severe two-car crash in North Hollywood on Sunday evening.
According to the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD), the crash occurred around 7:30 p.m. in the 5100 block of N. Vineland Avenue. Firefighters reported that one of the vehicles overturned during the collision, resulting in five of the seven victims sustaining serious injuries. All injured individuals were transported to the hospital for treatment.
Fortunately, none of the victims were trapped in their vehicles, allowing for swift emergency response and medical attention.
Aerial footage from local news showed one car flipped over and resting against a street light at the intersection, while another car with extensive front-end and driver-side damage was visible nearby. Details surrounding the cause of the North Hollywood car crash remain unclear, and the incident is under investigation.
