Three Hospitalized After Serious Two-Car Crash in North Hollywood
LOS ANGELES, CA (September 16, 2024) — At least three people were hospitalized following a severe two-car collision in North Hollywood on Sunday evening, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
Emergency personnel arrived around 6:45 p.m. at the 11200 block of Oxnard Street, located between Lankershim Boulevard and Vineland Avenue. One victim was briefly trapped inside a vehicle before firefighters managed to rescue them.
Two individuals were transported to the hospital in critical condition, while a third was listed in serious condition, the fire department stated in a news release. Authorities have not yet identified the victims and are investigating the cause of the crash in North Hollywood, including whether alcohol or drugs were factors. Officials are asking anyone who witnessed the incident to contact the Los Angeles Fire Department.
