At least four people were left with injuries after a rollover crash that took place in the area of 900 Marina Parkway in Chula Vista early Thursday morning.
The accident would happen at about 12:15 a.m. when a black BW 335i heading east on the parkway hit a concrete pillar off the road, making the vehicle flip multiple times before coming to rest.
The car consisted of two men and two women, all adults. The driver, 21-year-old Blake Todd, was discovered to be driving under the influence after he and his passengers were transported to the local hospital for minor injuries.
Todd was later arrested for felony DUI.
