A 28-year-old Modesto resident was recently killed in a truck crash that took place along Highway 132 east of Stanislaus County Monday afternoon.
Officers were called to the scene at about 4 p.m. after receiving reports of a collision. Upon arrival they found a pickup truck that had crashed into the north shoulder, with the driver ejected. Preliminary reports suggest that the truck flipped over.
The deceased driver — who is yet to be identified — was reportedly not wearing a seatbelt. The investigation continues.
